What is this white fuzz on my oyster mushrooms?
I bought some oyster mushrooms this morning, and after looking through them, noticed that a few of them have a light layer of white fuzz. I'm suspicious of this, as it looks like it could be mold. I'd rather throw them away to be safe, but could anyone confirm? It is most likely mycelium, especially if the shrooms have been warm.
