Yes. I've used it to buy rx glasses online and I heard amazon supports the card as well (it'll automatically use the card for eligible products) Turns out you can't! I entered my OTC card online and an error message popped up "Benefits Card can only be used in store" IM TIRED OF SEEING IT.

How often does the OTC card reload?
At the beginning of each calendar quarter, your OTC card is loaded with the quarterly OTC amount for your plan. Your balance does not carry over—try to spend the full amount before the end of each quarter. Don't throw out your card—it will be reloaded at the start of the next calendar quarter.
Can I buy groceries with my OTC card?
Limitations and restrictions may apply. * Only members eligible for Special Supplemental Benefits for the Chronically Ill (SSBCI) can use their OTC allowance to purchase plan-approved groceries. If you are a current member and already have an OTC/Grocery card, you can continue using it.
