ooma troubleshooting no lights

by Suzanne Bernier Published 4 years ago Updated 2 years ago

If you see your Ooma Telo with no lights, the power cable isn’t connected properly. Solution: Before checking the power cable, you need to check a few other things. You could have turned the brightness level to zero on your Ooma by mistake.

Your first step in troubleshooting this problem should be to check whether you have turned your system's brightness level to “off”. You can do this by locating the brightness symbol on your Ooma Telo Base Station or Phone Genie system and touching it to determine whether the system's lights turn on.
