Besides the blinking red logo which of the buttons are blue? And do you have link lights on the Ooma internet port? Is the Ooma plugged into a surge protector?

I experienced this same issue today. Tried twice to reboot by disconnecting/reconnecting power. Also tried the "Factory Reset - Old Manual Procedure" described in Thunderbird's first reply above. I also tried switching the port on the router that the Telo was connected into. All of the above ended up in the same place:

Nevermind. Called support again and ended up loosing the call with them but not before the rep did something cause after I now just plugged it back in it is all working.

Check to see if the plug in the back of the telo is loose... If it is you can get a replacement.

Well it never actually got fixed. It came back doing the same thing the very next morning. It doesn't appear to be the power cable.

I have found that if I leave it unplugged for about 10 mins and then plug it back in that it will cycle fine and will work anywhere from a few minutes to a couple of hours.
