Try removing power from the Modem, Ooma Hub and Router. Repower the Modem. When the Modem is done booting, repower the next device in line (Ooma Hub or Router). When that device is done booting, repower the last device.

Don't activate the new telo, but call support and they will put it on your existing account.

Had the same problem. Go back to Step 2. Make sure you connect your ROUTER Ethernet cable to your Home Network port on your OOMA Telo. This is in addition to connecting your OOMA Ethernet cable from your OOMA to your MODEM. Hope this helps.

go back to step two from? I have an issue of having a blink red light and I saw it posted that to connect from the home port to router and connect to the modem too? Can you clarify what you are doing and why.

Problem solved, My ISP Charter limits customers to one modem, so I just went with a wi fi extender and works great!
