If your Ooma Telo only boots to the Blue L1 & L2 lights, then it's probably a problem with the Ooma Telo. If the Ooma Telo stops boot at the Red Flashing Ooma Symbol, then the Internet signal is to weak or missing.

Thanks much for your reply. I think I am probably out of luck - the Telo is just out of warranty (I bought it in Nov. 2012), and it just won't go past the blue 1 & 2 lights. Here's the requested test info. If it's useful info to you, I used the tests at http://myspeed.visualware.com/.
