Not long ago I experienced the same symptoms and it was diagnosed as a DECT radio failure. The cost of a new Telo was only a minor incursion into the savings I've accrued over the seven year lifespan of my Telo1.

After 40 minutes on the phone with support, it seems my unit took the same route. I can't even get my old telo handsets to register. The wired port still works fine, so I guess I need to consult with my better half if we are getting a new telo2 or some new wireless phones and plug their base into the current telo1.
