The RV needs a little cleaning on the exterior. The bumper repair is being assessed to be fixed. The entire living area is in excellent shape and was finished in 2020. The tires are from 2018. The seat in the cab show some wear and tear.

This trailer was purchased new with the intention of using it to move to California instead of paying UHAUL's ridiculous rental rates for one of their small trailers again. I haven't moved yet and I will be buying a car since I'm moving to the city so the trailer needs to go.

No. The reason is the person driving the rental truck signed a paper when they got the truck stating it is for personal use. The driver is not an employee of the uhaul trucking company. The rental truck drivers are not familiar with any of the dot laws, that's why uhaul governs the trucks speed, fills out the pre trip checklist, and takes care of everything for you. The DOT knows the rental truck operator is not a truck driver and generally doesn't bother hassling the average moving Joe.
