I just tried to apply for Nordstrom Rack credit card. After filling out the form online, they asked me to call a number to provide the application number, which I did. And the agent got the number and told me the application was declined and didn't give me any reason for it. Then she just hang up on me.

In the last 3 months, i've had about 10+ orders cancelled due to inventory issues but that's only part of the problem.
