Training takes too long. when you apply for a store in your area, you will be moved all around and used in other stores that have hours
The company is unprofessional, dis-organized and dis-functional.Upon my return from maternity leave i was sent to a store 30-40 minutes away from where i lived and i originally applied at. my schedule was changed several times. there is no work life balance. The company comes first they do not care about their management or employees.
