Price Adjustment on purchases made before Rebate Week
To get the 11% Price Adjustment Rebate, simply go to the rebate counter in any Menard’s store and ask them for an 11% Price Adjustment Rebate form. This is different than the 11% rebate form during Menards rebate week! This form is available ONLY during an 11% rebate sale week.
2022 Price Adjustment Rebates
When will the next Menard’s 11% sale be? If last year is any indication (and so far they’re doing the bag sale again, so maybe?), we predict it will be around February 6, 2022. The current sale runs through Feb. 19, 2022, so we predict the next 11% rebate sale will be 2/20/2022. (But, it’s just a guess!)

The Point System
I’ve worked for this company for roughly a decade, and one of the worst aspects of it to me is the point system. Such a stupid intimidation tactic, IMO. I’m sure it differs from store to store, but my HR/GMs are far from lenient about excusing points when you have to call off for something serious.

Register set up
I’m an MT and I’m up front now and coming from 7 years experience at Walmart most of those years managing the front end I have to say Menards register set up is horrible, having your back to a guest is not ideal, add having the till/drawer open and the guest has a clear path to it isn’t either.
