An update for initial DACA applicants, whether you can still apply, should you go to biometrics, and if you got lucky and got approved after Hanen's decision, we have bad news

We have a report that USCIS allowed 52 initial DACA requestors to complete biometrics by mistake. They made it clear that these applications will not continue to move forward in any shape or form. Additionally, USCIS makes it clear that while they can continue to accept new DACA requests, they cannot grant them and will not process them.
