What color is MP red?
All MP reds are either pink or orange based, meaning they will fade to those colors, and that's what inspired me to try mixing them. Strand test, of course. Good luck, and I wouldn't worry about Vampire Red, it's just a cool, dark, blue based red, and it also fades to pink, not purple. It's very dark, though.
Can you mix purple and orange?
Yes you can mix them, but be careful with the bases when mixing colors together. You wouldn't want to mix a purple or pink based red with orange, would you? Think about what happens when you mix orange and purple together...yuck.
Can you mix hair dye with conditioner?
Yes. They are vegan dyes. They aren't like chemical hair dyes and you CAN mix them. I've even mixed two different brands of bright colored hair dye and came out with great results. I recommend mixing them in conditioner and adding a little bit at a time of each until you get a color you like. You can save any left over and the conditioner will help make your hair dye stretch farther.
