Yeah, it doesnt seem very logical that low volgage to the house could cause all of these issues-in fact, the lights don't just flicker but a couple of them have gotten super bright a couple of times and others have burned out very quickly-which is the opposite of the "dimmer effect" that I should see with low voltage.
