Fast paced manufactring facility

I enjoyed working here and made some friends. For the most part people who work here are nice. I think the problem is that the employees are extremely overworked and under undercompensated. This causes problems with the quality when you try to go to fast and get too stressed.

Awful management but wonderful coworkers

I loved working at Little Giant at first. It was a fun supportive environment until management roles changed. The stress of working here was too much and there was eventually no support from managers. Compensation for the work your doing is not enough. It’s very stressful and there is little to no help offered when it’s needed.

fantastic

I only have good things to say about working here. I find myself really enjoying the time i spend with customers and consumers in the field. highly recommend

My time there

The culture is stressful. The pay is barely above poverty level. They do not care about their employees. Most of the ladders are made over seas, even though they claim to be made in America. There is a high turnover rate and I did not feel comfortable. I would not recommend working for this company.

A great place to work at

It was a great place to work at. The management and workers where great to work with. The way they teach you is a great way to learn fast and easy making work fun.

It was ok

Hours were good, consistent, a lot of good people, pay wasn't comparable to what was expected. Close to home. Scheduled breaks and lunch. Insurance too expensive

Nepotism with Favoritism in the Work Place

The work itself was very good. I enjoyed the work very much. It was the employees that made this job miserable. Nepotism rules Little Giant Ladders, it reminded me of a polygamist colony where the owners of the company were basically in charge of a cult.

How far can you reach a step ladder?

Determine how far you need to reach. Most models will give you an extra 4 to 6 feet. If you’re looking to complete jobs that require a higher reach, you’ll want to go with a model that actually converts to a 19-foot extension ladder. Finally, consider any extra features the step ladder may have to offer.

Warning: Aluminum is a conductor of electricity. It is possible to be electrocuted while standing on an aluminum ladder if you are working with electricity. The price for a step ladder is directly related to the size and reach of the ladder. You’ll find smaller ladders are the most affordable.
