Cheap welds that break
I have owned several Lifetime tables over the years of various models and sizes because they were readily available at Sams or Costco. I found the weld that connects the legs to the table breaks away leaving the unit to wobble and collapse. The only fix it to re-weld them or replace the table.
Poor design: frame attachment to top
I rated this low because there is a design flaw in that the frame mounts to the plastic top with screws that will eventually strip out and not hold. You either need to make the plastic thicker in the area where the frame attaches or you need fasteners that are expandable so that a greater area of the fastener would engage the plastic top.
Portable, light, sturdy, multifunctional
We used this table for our church events and it has many functions/uses. Recently we had a weekend retreat and this was so portable you could fit it in a small car and transport it easily! Definitely worth the purchase due to its multi-functional use!
Good Product at a Reasonable Price!
I owned several lifetime products and some of them lasted 9 years in our household and still in good shape up to this moment. That is why recently I need of new table for my home I really looked for the brand lifetime. There are products out there that almost look the same but you can see the material used is not as good as the original lifetime.

i have owned this table for a few years and we use it for everything, it was purchased for a sewing table, and i have used it for sewing, crafts, school work, gardening, a buffet table somewhere to fold laundry. its sturdy and still in great shape.

When the table is new, the clips holding the table shut are tight. There is no latch to press, just pull hard at the corners and it will open. Don't worry about hurting the table, they are tighter when they are new but loosen up over time.
