My westinghouse fridge is playing up after only 2 years, its leaking water all over the floor. Its only just out of warranty. All I wanted was a bit of help from westinghouse about the problem and how I might be able to fix it, but after numerous emails and phone calls westinghouse said they could not help or offer any advice.

Covid or not, a customer with a relatively new product of yours, who has been waiting over an hour on your phone lines waiting to discuss an issue with the product is NOT good customer service. So the long journey just from there, factory changed the fridge another 3 times , each happened around a year of usage. Up to 2015 was the 4th Fridge they replaced for us.
