poor business practice

8 months ago I purchased a Galaxy S-4-I have been very happy with the phone-aps service. unfortunately --I do not give out my number to anyone except close friends and family--for the last 3 months I have been receiving several telemarketers call on this phone--this tells me that us cellular is "selling" my number to outside sources.

After 22 years I'd expect decent service. It USED to be good. Now its aweful. Used to be 24 hours. Now you cant even get a person on the phone.

A total joke .. Talking clearly and distinctly got a comment of we do not understand your answer.l finally gave up and called later.I am considering changing carriers. This is certainly not helping US Cellular

US cellular stores won't answer phones

A simple question-how much would a sim card cost for a us cellular galaxy 4. So, 8 calls later to 4 customer locations in North Carolina, Sanford, Wilkesboro, Asheville. Three of the stores automatically connected me to the endless US cellular service line-the one that says you have a 15 minute wait.
