Switch and Bait Company. If you see any SnapTravel cheap prices on google. Your wasting your time. Do not use them! Customer service reads from scripts and copy & paste type of company. Their excuse for false advertisement is dynamics in pricing. Which I was in the hotel lobby. Once you have clicked on them, the prices changed.

Do not trust this company for your hotel needs
Booked a room in a pinch when car broke down hours from home late at night. Walked about 1/2 mile to the hotel only to be told the room booked through Snaptravel was actually not available. Thankfully they did have a smaller room with less beds available but this still left members of our party sleeping on the floor.
