Very easy to order a complete package. There was nothing else needed to install the unit. Only question is why the Warranty is limited to those units installed by a licensed HVAC contractor. If the unit is properly installed it shouldn't be limited.

Disappointed with accessories
Disappointed with accessories. I ordered a 20' lineset. You would think that you would have a 20' signal wire too, but no. Only 50'. The mounting brackets need to come with the back mounts and some kind of directions or clear diagram. I read reviews where everyone else was complaining about that too. Otherwise good value for the $.

Beyond my expectations
I have been around heat pumps for a few years now, friends and family have them in homes and businesses as well I briefly helped install them with a local company. To this I must say I am beyond impressed with this product. I ordered one of the arctic series 18 and 24 thousand BTU units.

Unit coding E1 on start-up
Installed unit and it coded on start-up..E1. { communication error between indoor and outdoor units}. Contacted Tech Support. { They were excellent} Checked out wiring and voltages on all units. Eventually found wire off the main board. Installed wire and restarted unit. Operating normal now. It is a very good unit.

I bought a tri-zone and a single zone unit earlier this summer after having used a 12k btu unit over the last year in a temporary space we were staying in. Everything was ordered ahead if time as procurement has proven to be the biggest challenge in construction this year. The units came on time, as they did last time I ordered from Senville.

Senville's website was even for me as a relative lay person easy to navigate and understand. The delivery was swift and now I am awaiting the installation of the product. If it is as energy efficient and holds what it promises about cooling and heating, I will give it 5 stars.

This is a hard problem for them to fix but I got unit that had a bent top panel- was it packageing or the shipping company? well the appearance makes me think somone placed a heavy item on the top- before shipping as the box showed no damage when the shippere dropped it off.
