My project
For my yearly science experiment, I decided to test if Sharpies are really permanent. Here is how it went c:
Hypothesis
1- Take Sharpie (I used a black one. Results may vary with different colors.) And draw a line on dry erase board. Allow to dry.
Tests
Oxiclean, Brillo Pad and Magic Eraser will be the only ones to remove the Sharpie completely. Alcohol and Oxygen Peroxide will remove the Sharpie slightly. The other materials will not remove the Sharpie at all. C:
Conclusion
I came to the conclusion that stronger chemicals will be more effective to remove the permanent marker.
