Owens Corning Onyx Black Shingles

The shingles priced in our contract our Owens Corning Tru Def architectural. I'm finding that I don't really love the color choices. Estate Gray is too light for us. We really want a dark charcoal color. Any experience with Onyx Black? Is it actually a true black or more or a charcoal? I wish they had more pictures on the website of actual houses.

hope this pic helps. they are mostly black but have some lighter areas that make them have depth.
