Not trustworthy and don't recommend

So before I took my Jetta here for a synthetic oil change my car was fine. They also rotated my tires and ever since December 9th. My shakes car so bad .when I get up to 40 it starts to shimmy. So I called Midas about balancing my tires and they charge separate for that, more than what I was willing to pay.

Rude...poor customer service

Made an appointment online and when I went in the next day was told I never made an appointment. I have printout of confirmation of the appointment. Then told that my lifetime guarantee for the brakes was no good without even looking at the brakes.
