There response was "their quality specialists examined the photos and determined there are no issues or defects in the material". Obviously they feel their product is not worth standing behind! After almost 3 weeks later they tried to deliver the furniture after it was dropped, ripped, and smutched against a wall where holes were poked into it. Lane says its not their problem even though its their dealer and it was taken because of their terrible workmanship. Unfortunately I have no choice but to get an attorney. After investigating I find out the BBB has had numerus complaints against their workmanship and service. I hope they go out of business and stop steeling from hard working individuals.

All I could see were the seams on my sofa seats. The leather was wearing off of the seams. I have never had any leather sofa that I owned peel on the seams.
