Are you only feeding your plants just Tiger Bloom? You need a proper amount of N-P-K (nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium) throughout the veg and flower stages of growth.

Plants use up all their nitrogen towards the end of flowering and that causes the leaves to yellow and fall off. I have had the same problem as you. I try to feed grow nutes the first week after I flip to 12/12, then switch over to half grow half flowering nutes the second week and then by week 3 I switch to all flowering nutes. jmo

As plants mature leaves fall off, this could be what's happening as well. I just don't see 5 weeks of flower and having a lot of the leaves die off already. Usually by week 8 I see this, by 10 weeks on a short flowering indica they leaves are almost dead and trichomes are nearly 50-50 cloudy-amber.
