No experience, but it looks like you have an easy solutuion: put the pantry cabinet between the wall oven and fridge. Or reduce the pantry to the right of the fridge by 9" and add a pullout pantry between the ovens and fridge, for storing baking sheets, cutting boards, broom closet, anything that isn't affected by heat.

Trying to renovate a kitchen and due to space issue, I was planning to place the fridge nook/shelving right next to the electric underbench oven, electric cooktop and pull out rangehood.

Ovens and fridges are insulated and there is a thickness of MDF between them. We have these side by side - organized by professional kitchen maker.

A minimum 400mm (16″) setdown space is required beside an oven. If this is not possible then a benchtop within 1200mm (47″) of the oven is OK. (except where this crosses a major walkway)

Check the manuals for the appliances. Some may say about voiding warranties if you don't leave certain gaps. Not sure about the fridge though, insulation should be pretty good.
