Said that we could bank the points, did NOT tell us that they were not applicable to the facility we own, and the ones that it is applicable to, are all sold out. Best part is my own facility HAS room, and they said no.

One week in Scottsdale and one week in Sedona, attended one review for each week we stayed. Bought $4000 of promises. Flight back home delayed to 1045 pm because of winter storm back home. Asked concierge at front desk in Sedona to see if late check out possible. Yes>> but 45$ dollars for every 20 minutes past 1030 am! ouch.

We were visiting Disney World in 2017 when we first became aware of Diamond Resorts. We were approached by their reps, and they asked us to attend a 60-90 minute travel investment seminar.
Disappointing Rooms
We checked in today. Countertops in kitchen were not wiped down. The complementary Wifi does not work. The toilet seats in both bathrooms slide and tip when you sit on them. (Could cause a fall for someone older with unstable balance). Lamps in main bedroom on each side do not match.
