Unfortunately I don’t expect improvement. CC is continously decreasing value to members. For example a few months ago early check in and late check out was limited to 2 hours only. They also play games. I was not granted double nights credit in last year promo. CC claimed I was not invited to participate. I sent a screenshot of e-mail received with invitation. I only got rude response “our decision is final”.

Bottomline
There are no changes to redemptions and award nights will continue at 9,000 points per night for category one hotels. The changes although minor are positive. A bunch of benefits has been added to the Platinum status, and I am happy to see that Radisson has also reduced the night requirements overall.
