Great place to work
Pay is better than most other airlines. You have to deal with mean passengers as if it's your fault things happen but that is normal with any airline. Overall the company is great.

Great travel benefits but being a flight attendant is a joke
It’s amazing to have free travel on nearly all airlines. But the company is judgemental and quick to fire you if you’re not “picture perfect”. Good luck having support from management cause they don’t care about your feelings. You will be used and abused.
