Hi, I have performed many lip augmentations with a dermal filler or lip implants for almost 30 years. We typically use 1 cc of Juvederm or Restylane for lip augmentation but in the case that you don't require the entire cc, yes it can be placed within the parenthesis which are the nasolabial folds.
