Where does the phone number on the sign ring to?
Your phone! Our software is setup to easily connect buyers directly to the phone number that you provide us in your flat fee MLS listing. Note that since the sign contains our brokerage information, a flat fee MLS listing is also required.
How does the installation work?
You simply order the sign and post through the homecoin website. Within 24-48 hours (typically) one of our installer partners will arrive to install the sign and post at your property. When you are ordering through the website, you can provide additional instructions to the installers.
Is the sign really free?
With any post rental and flat fee MLS listing, our brokerage sign is included (at your option). We just want it back once you've sold your home, as we spared no expense in making the signs.
What about flyer boxes and riders?
We offer those too! For a small additional charge, you can have either of those included in the installation. On the order form you will see the options. We have an array of post riders to choose from - for example, "Pool/Spa", "Great Views", "Motivated Seller", etc - you'll see the full list when you order.
Can I rent the post without the sign?
Yes, absolutely. When you are ordering the post through the website, we will ask you if you want us to include a free homecoin yard sign - it won't hurt our feelings if you don't want the sign.
Is it really installed in 24-48 hours?
In most cases, yes. If the order is received by noon, it will usually be installed the following business day (or two business days, max). Most homes (90%+) fall into this category. In rural areas, installations only occur on certain days of the week - there will usually be at least one installation day each week (weather permitting).
