I had my "Pincer Nail" surgery yesterday - it sucked. However my Podiatrist did tell me DO NOT ROUND THE EDGES OF YOUR TOENAIL. He told me to even go into his office to get my nails cut if I don't think I can get them perfectly straight. This will cause the edges to dig in to your skin again. Hope this helps!
