I am not sure why all of the reviews are bad. Honestly, it works the way it is designed. It has a special design compared to other market brands. It has 4 pads, not 1. And the pad is huge and thick. And the fan, is extremely strong, like a commercial grade fan. If the fan isn't strong it cannot cool the room during high humidity level.

I purchased two units in October 2019. Within the first 12mts, one of the Units would not turn on and it was replaced at no cost. Earlier this month in the heat wave we were experiencing, The Water Pump in the unit that was replaced in 2020, stopped working. I contacted the call center to see if I could buy a new Water pump.
