The job has good benefits thanks to the union not the company. The company tries to get over any way they can. Especially when you start. No type of consistent schedule until yo or seniority goes up.

The public. & fluctuating schedule was the hardest thing the first 4 years. After that is was some of management that knew how to kill morale along with a union who represents who they want unless ur an attractive female then they go the distance for some #$&.
