There's also a team tip but if you personally get tipped from a customer depending on what your manager says you can keep it. ( ask your manager first about that) I loved having regulars and all of the employees and managers were so friendly and willing to help when you needed it!

Productive and positive work environment
Good company and good people. The work can be tough sometimes especially with understaffing but covid is much to blame. What you would expect out of a “fast food” resteraunt with pretty good food and decent customers.

Management was awful
Management would hide in their office during large rushes to avoid helping. Favoritism was huge and raises and promotions were not given to those who deserved them
