Project started with demoing the entire bathroom, removing the old tile walls and dry wall behind it, bathtub and toilet (which I was able to sell on Craigslist instead of having to haul and pay a fee at the dump), tile floor and hardiboard underneath. New plumbing for the shower hardware, new tub, tiles and wall niches.

I've never owned a house before now and I've never maintained a yard so I had no idea what to do.
