Feldco - Service complaint
I signed a contract on 8/13/22 for a storm door with a time frame of 12-16weeks and made payment. The door was measured and ordered by Feldco on 8/25/21. Upon the16week deadline of 12/15/21, I called Feldco numerous times for status which each time I was told they did not receive the door from the manufacturer.

The finance company is called Ally Lending which approved my loan, sent me a bill and it was $23, 210. I ask Ally why was it more and what happened to my down payment.
