Great job but no true benefits
I absolutely love working here and I think it is great for someone who just need a little cash flow. I will warn those who are looking into a job there isn’t really any true benefits though. We do get gift cards sometimes and sometime pizza or something. The work itself is not bad, and I’ve always had great coworkers and management.
If I could give 0 stars I would
Awful place the management is only about favoritism. Coworkers don't do anything but stand around then get praised for it. No matter how hard you work or what you do if you aren't besties with the manger lacey then they don't want anything to do with you. You will be fired.
Fun and laid back place to work
As a a privately owned branch of a franchise it was a pleasant and laid back place to work. Securing full time hours was not difficult after working there for a short time. Advancement opportunities exist on all levels up to store manager. Friendly staff.
Amazing job
I loved my time at Clothes Mentor. It is a great job to have part time or ig you are a student, but there was often a chance to get more hours if needed. It was very easy to request days off, and I never had one time it that wasn't approved.
Complete JOKE
Don’t EVER waste your time working here, they pay minimum wage just to take advantage of people. They lie about pay, hours, and roles just to hire employees since they are beyond desperate.
Fine for a high school job
Used to work here, and the environment was typically good. However, there's only 5-8 employees and every now and then there's drama. My biggest complaint is that you get paid very little for the amount of work and the owners are not very kind. They played favorites and made the work environment uncomfortable.
Productive and fun
What I learned at this job was customer service, responsibilities, leadership and productivity. The most enjoyable part of my job is going through and buying inventory for the store, such as cute clothing, designer handbags and accessories.
