Great part-time second job! You get in make your money and go home. No hours of side work and NO silverware to roll! Very little running side work. Well then you can go home you don’t have to stay for hours and do the closing side work for the ones making the money. That’s what attracted me to the company the most.
Fast paced but rude costumers
Rude costumers are a downfall and rude co workers. Lunch time is very slow and you won’t make tips. They only pay $6 an hour not worth it unless it’s short term
Serving job
Got to make my own schedule, long hours, not room for advancement, overall a basic serving job and if you can bartend there’s even more flexibility with scheduling.
Horrible
The management is bad, hours are even worse. you could work from 10:30 am all the way till 1am with no breaks. You can eat while you’re working or it’s slow.
Tips were great, but it food service is just hard in general
When I worked at Buffalo Wild Wings, I made a lot of money with tips because I was one of those who worked their butt off. It was sometimes challenging when other servers didn't pull their weight and the long hours, but at the end of the day, I came out with good money.
it's fun to work here
it's fun to work here. good fast money on fight nights. management is okay. shift food and beer are plus. bust on Tuesday and Thursday. Dinks are expensive
Good money but you have to deal with a lot and working nights is long
Working here has many pros and cons, the money is pretty good but you have to deal with a lot. Most of your coworkers are lazy and you have to pick up the slack for them. The managers are usually too busy to help you or just don’t want to. Closing night shift can be very long staying as late as 2 or 3 am.

Terrible customers and management
The customers who come to bdubs are truly of a different breed. I dont know what it is, but bdubs brings in the poorest tipping, grouchiest customers ever.
Awesome atmosphere and coworkers
This job was perfect while I was in college, as a server I made okay money but it was very hit or miss. I hate having to leave because of how fun the job is and I have become genuine friends with my coworkers.
Great staff but horrible management
Management is often unwilling to help staff and does not support staff in enforcing policy that they put into place. They do not care about the wellbeing of staff and are incentivized to overwork staff and under-schedule on busy nights. Money is good and staff are friendly and supportive, but this is the worst management I’ve ever worked under

Fun workplace, management could be better
I’ve never felt more like I’ve had a family at any workplace. Everybody is fun to work with and we make the job entertaining somehow. Some of the management on the other hand name call and yell when it’s not needed and that makes it slightly unenjoyable.
