Delta is overall a good company but the pay is horrible and flight benefits are poor
Try getting more than two non rev people on a flight is impossible. The people are cool and they cater food often but they really need to pay more. All of the managers and higher ups are super nice and extremely helpful.
Productive and fun workplace
It was a great place to work honestly and co workers were always friendly non the less. However delta expects your life to revolve around your schedule. Covd is a real life thing and they don't care if your sick or not, they expect you to show up to work (even though their website says to stay home for any covid symptoms).

Best airline to work for

Productive and flight benefits are the best
Wish the pay was better overall great job, management helps you succeed if you allow them too. People overall are good Covid slowed things down for the company
Good company
I worked on the ramp, it’s alot of labor and hard work. But it was a good job, good benefits, good pay, and room for growth. They also have swaps, which helps a lot when you need a day off. Or just want to pick up extra hours, paid holidays, PPT, and a lot of perks that come with working for the company. I only left because of the covid economy,
Good Company
