Staffing is horrible, less employees means higher stock prices. Scheduling is a joke, you have little to no input, and then they'll schedule you whenever they want no matter what they told you. The schedule will change without any notice semi-regularly. You will never have a weekend off, and rarely even have 2 days in a row off.
