Long Term Job Security

I worked part time. Depending on schedule I would be there for 4-8 hours. I learned about large box retail practices as well as flooring estimates. Department management had high turnover. Work place culture was good. Most difficult part of job was assisting customers. I enjoyed the estimating and sales side.

Great work enviroment

Very nice family-orientated working environment. Low compensation and very little chance to advance and benefits are not much worth mentioning about. Not very work schedule friendly.

Call customers to schedule the installation of their door purchased from Home Depot. Submit a daily schedule of installations to be conducted that day/week. Provide quality installation and instructions to the customer on the maintenance, up keep and how the door works and functions. Submit signed waivers at the end of the day of work completed.

was given 10 very old manufactured homes to remodel, no a/c...some times it reached 130 Degrees. couldn't work more then 6 hrs per day.

Not bad pay when work is available but at times work can be inconsistent

Not a whole lot of training. They train you by making you redo stuff for free. Holidays are very slow so the majority of the time you won't get a job during the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas.
