Good Start
Pay was very low for store managers. Is a good starting job for young managers to learn. Company hasn’t adjusted with times, behind on technology. Hours during holidays are awful.
Typical retail job
The insurance and benefits are okay. The pay is lacking in my opinion for the amount of work and responsibilities that you have. The work life aspect is lacking as well. If you have a family this will be a hard job for you. The company has helped me a couple times but has also taken advantage and mistreated me.

Good place to get experience
Hourly pay was low, work weekends and all holidays. Management was great, fun environment to work in. Customers were terrific and very appreactive about my product knowledge.
Great discounts and okay benefits
I worked as an MT. I liked most of the people I worked with and enjoyed most some of the customers as well. I have to say if your not into killing animals and being open about it, keep your guard up and just dont listen. A lot of people come in talking about shooting and skinning animals.😔🤢🤬 Which is kinda a given if you sell guns.
Cons
If you want full time and a social life your kidding yourself, Never a weekend off and only if you request it days in advance, If you want a weekend day off you'll probably have to worl 8-10 days straight to get it, A lot of closing (10pm) and opening (730-9 am) as the scheduled will be all over the place.
Slow-paced and little room for growth
Working as a Manager Trainee you are the back bone of the company and receive very little assistance. However, if you are able to find a balance, it can be very rewarding in some compensation areas.
