Go Puff keeps lowering driver pay
At first this was a easy way to earn extra money but now that inflation and gas prices are skyrocketing Go Puff decided it was a good time to cut driver pay drastically. They reduced our subsidy by $2 and the week after that they reduced our weekly bonuses by 25%. Well today that lowered our bonuses by another 50%.

Overall the company used to be one of the best best places to work. Always had a good time and hitting metrics was very doable because your direct leadership would be there to assist.
Poor pay
Their expectations of tips we supposed to get from each order is too high. We barely get tips so the bonuses help but since the bonuses have been cut as well as hourly pay we have to work 50 or 60 hours a week to see a decent check at the end of the week
ITs not a bad job to start but half the time i sat in a parking lot and waited. Then never got any good order they went to the favs
as I sated in the summery . wasn't very busy and sat around all day in a car in the heat and the cold. ITs a good place to start out and get your get wet for delivery driver. Some of the people there were nice and helpful.
