Thats nearly the size of my down stairs shower room I built, mines 1.5mtr x 1.8mtr. I fitted a total of 4 jcc led down lighters (one with eml pack as no windows) and the light output is excellent (warm white) There is a differential of what 450mm on the length between mine and yours, and as to whether 5 would be better I would not like to say.

Zone 1 should be IP65 it is fine to use IP44 in zone 2 and outside zones.

I just bought 4 of these and one eml pack. One over the shower and the rest elsewhere. I wouldn't buy ip65 and ip44, might as well just buy the ip65's, saves faffing and stuff tbqh
