How long is NRP good for?

What does claim CME CE credit mean?
In general, CME refers to credits for physicians and others with a medical license, while CE (continuing education) or CEU (continuing education unit) are terms used for other health professions.
Is NRP certification hard?
NRP may be a difficult course to complete as a student without any knowledge. You might have a difficult time finding a hands on simulation portion of the course that has a spot for you. All of our spaces are reserved for nurses, RT, and doctors that currently work in the NICU.
What happens if my NRP expires?
Once your certification expires, you will need to complete a Neonatal Resuscitation recertification, which provides you with 4 CEUs/CMEs, to remain actively certified.
Is there an 8th edition NRP?
The AAP released the 8th edition of the Neonatal Resuscitation Program in June 2021. There were only minor changes to the NRP algorithm and recommended practices. Most changes are related to program administration and course facilitation.
How often do you renew your AE-C?

Does AARC approve CRCE?
The AARC approves courses for CRCE® credit for course sponsors other than the AARC. It is the responsibility of the course sponsor to report an attendance log with participants’ names, AARC numbers, email addresses, and session (s) attended. Individual AARC members cannot add attended courses to the AARC transcript.
