Me and my friend had a discussion, wondering what is the legal distance, at least in texas, for a car to be parked from a curb. He thought it was 1 foot, i thought 7 inches. Tried looking it up, but no luck with all the crap on the internet and probably wording my question wrong on google lol.

not if it is far enough out in the road where its either hit it or someone/thing else. this car really is far out in the road, and if someone hit it, i wouldnt see it as their fault at all, but the fault of the driver who has parked it not close enough on a busy road that already has enough obstructions.
