Turn the key to the on position (not start) with the radio off. Wait 10 seconds. Press the "display" button on the radio and hold for 10 to 12 seconds. the radio display will light up . Press "display" and "1" to select functions. This was not tested or confirmed by me, but my dad has a 2005 Impala and this is what he told me.

Turn off the radio and turn the key to the on postion. push the bottom knob ( to turn the station). Hold it in intell the info comes on. in the window it will show all the things you can reset. using the arrows to the right of the knob find tire reset the push on the station knob. this will reset it. then go back to the arrows and find end.
