As you can see, ALL of the floors need to be replaced. The house got a new roof recently, but the ceilings are in bad shape from 20 years of leaks. There is mold in some of the walls and ceilings. Some rooms aren't so bad but others need to be completely gutted and redone.

As per the title, my city received a grant to switch ~219 homes in my neighborhood from septic to city sewer. They had us sign a general right of passage to do the work and we were told that everything will be made whole in the end (any landscaping destroyed, etc) once the project is complete.
Light Switch Plate gets hot even when switched off
Its not a dimmer. The plate gets very hot at random times and sometimes smells like burned plastic. I think the plastic on the red thing in the back has melted but would love if someone had more info.
