Putting in The Mouthpiece
- Hold the mouthpiece so that the wider side of the curved wings is closest to your mouth.
- Grasp the curved handle on the mouthpiece with both hands.
- Slide one wing between your lips and teeth on one side so that it is touching the inside of your cheek. Don't bite down.
- Bend the handle so that the other wing is closer to the one that's already in your mouth.
